We can lease your property for a 3 year period of time or less until this crazy market stabilizes and turns around. You will be covered safely with this property with full legal documentation and security. You will not be asked to hand over your deed while you are stuck with the mortgage.

GUARANTEE YOUR PAYMENTS

We will guarantee your payments so that you will never have to worry about vacancies and not being able to cover mortgage payments. Our goal is to put one of our clients in the property, supervise and manage them and the property until we can successfully purchase it outright. You will have people in your home who have pride of ownership.

| COVER ALL REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE |

We will handle all of the routine repairs and maintenance that your insurance won't cover to maintain a high standard of the property. You will NEVER be called for a clogged toilet, broken sprinkler or other minor repairs. If a major event happens, such as a hailstorm, high winds or other such disaster, then the property insurance will be used to repair any damages. We will take care of all premiums, and you will not be charged for a thing.

Eventually this market will turn around, and when it does, we will purchase your property and pay off the mortgage, and you will have that in writing. But, until then, we're in it together, making the mortgage payments, maintaining the property and preserving all of your equity.
